1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、PokeBuddy developer (Yamico)（以下「当方」）が提供する PokeBuddy（日本語表示名「ポケバディ」。以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いに適用されます。
2. 取得する情報
アカウント・プロフィール情報
- 匿名または登録済みアカウントのユーザーID
- メールアドレス、認証プロバイダ情報
- GoogleまたはApple連携時に提供される表示名、プロフィール画像
利用者が作成・登録する情報
- デッキ名、カード構成、デッキの変更履歴、所持カード、調整用カードなどのデッキ・コレクション情報
- 所持カードごとに利用者が任意で登録する状態、仕上げ、鑑定情報、取得価格と通貨、取得日、自己評価額と通貨、メモなど
- 対戦結果、対戦相手のデッキ種別、メモ、バトルログなどの利用記録
- アプリ設定、通知既読状態、カード情報に関する報告
- 利用者が明示的に選択してアップロードするプロフィール画像等
端末・診断情報
- 端末モデル、OS、アプリのバージョン、言語、ネットワーク種別
- IPアドレスから推定される国・おおよその地域
- FirebaseインストールID（Analytics用）、Sentryが扱うクラッシュ・エラー情報、性能情報、通信先URLと応答時間
- 通知を有効にした場合のプッシュ通知トークンおよびプラットフォーム情報
広告に関する情報
- Google Mobile Ads SDKが扱う広告ID、App Set ID、IPアドレス、広告やアプリとの操作、 診断情報等
- 広告同意の状態、非パーソナライズ広告の設定
カメラ・写真
カメラや写真ライブラリには、デッキコードの読み取り、カード・デッキの取り込み、 画像設定など、利用者が該当機能を操作した場合にのみアクセスします。取り込み用画像は原則として 端末内で処理されます。プロフィール画像等は、利用者が保存操作を行った場合に限りクラウドへ アップロードされることがあります。
3. 利用目的
- 本アプリの提供、ログイン、端末間同期、バックアップ
- デッキ、対戦、コレクション、CPU対戦、通知機能の提供
- 対戦記録の匿名集計による相性表の提供（使用デッキと相手デッキの種類、勝敗、BO1 / BO3の区別を、個人を特定できない形で集計します。1つのデッキの組み合わせにつき5試合以上かつ3人以上の記録がある場合だけ表示し、個々の記録、ユーザーID、表示名は表示しません）
- 広告の表示、同意管理、広告の効果測定、不正利用防止
- 不具合解析、性能改善、セキュリティ確保、サポート対応
- 法令、ストア規約および利用条件への対応
4. 第三者サービスと情報共有
本アプリは、目的達成に必要な範囲で次のサービスを利用します。
- Supabase: 認証、データベース、ストレージ、リアルタイム配信
- Google Firebase: Google Analytics for Firebase（利用状況の集計）、Cloud Messaging（プッシュ通知）
- Sentry（Functional Software, Inc.、米国）: 不具合・エラー・性能情報の収集
- Google AdMob: 広告配信、測定、不正防止、同意管理
- Apple / Google: サインイン、アプリ配信
当方は、個人情報を金銭の対価として販売しません。ただし、広告SDKは利用者の同意や端末設定に 基づき、広告配信・測定・不正防止のため識別子等を処理または広告事業者と共有することがあります。 また、法令上必要な場合、権利・安全の保護に必要な場合、または事業承継に伴う場合に情報を開示する ことがあります。
5. 保存期間と削除
アカウントおよび利用者が登録したデータは、原則としてアカウントが有効な間保存します。 削除依頼を確認後、法令上の保存義務、不正防止、紛争対応等に必要な情報を除き、関連データを 原則30日以内に削除または匿名化します。バックアップおよび第三者サービス上のデータは、 各サービスの削除サイクルに従い、完全な消去まで最大180日程度を要する場合があります。
アプリのアンインストールやログアウトだけでは、サーバー上のアカウントは削除されません。 手続きは アカウント削除ページ をご覧ください。
6. 利用者の選択と権利
- 端末設定から通知、カメラ、写真へのアクセスを変更できます。
- 広告同意画面および端末の広告設定から、広告に関する選択を変更できます。
- アプリ内からデッキや対戦記録等を削除できます。
- アプリの設定から、自分の対戦記録を相性表の匿名集計に含めないよう変更できます。変更は次回の集計から反映されます。
- 保有情報の確認、訂正、削除、利用停止について当方へ依頼できます。
7. セキュリティ
当方は、通信の暗号化、認証、アクセス制御その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。 ただし、インターネット上の送信または保存について絶対的な安全性を保証するものではありません。
8. 国際的なデータ処理
本アプリの第三者サービスは、利用者の居住国外（米国を含みます）の設備で情報を処理する場合が あります。当方は、適用法令および各サービスの契約に従って情報を取り扱います。
9. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、各地域の法令で保護される年齢未満の子どもを対象として意図的に設計されたものでは ありません。保護者の同意なく対象年齢未満の子どもの個人情報を取得したことが判明した場合は、 合理的な範囲で速やかに削除します。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
機能、法令または第三者サービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。 重要な変更は、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the handling of information in PokeBuddy (the “App”), provided by PokeBuddy developer (Yamico) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
- An anonymous or registered account user ID.
- Email address and authentication provider information.
- Display name and profile image supplied when linking Google or Apple.
Content and activity you provide
- Decks, card lists, deck version history, collections, adjustment cards, and related metadata.
- Optional details you record for each owned card, such as condition, finish, grading information, acquisition price and currency, acquisition date, personal valuation and its currency, and notes.
- Match results, opponent deck types, notes, battle logs, and usage history.
- App preferences, notification read status, and card-data reports.
- Profile images or other images you explicitly choose to upload.
Device and diagnostic information
- Device model, operating system, app version, language, and network type.
- Country or approximate region inferred from an IP address.
- Firebase installation identifiers (for Analytics), and crash and error data, performance data, network URLs, and response timing processed by Sentry.
- Push notification token and platform when notifications are enabled.
Advertising information
- Advertising ID, App Set ID, IP address, product interactions, and diagnostic information processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
- Advertising consent status and non-personalized advertising preference.
Camera and photos
The App accesses the camera or photo library only when you use a relevant feature, such as scanning a deck code, importing cards or decks, or choosing an image. Import images are generally processed on your device. A profile image or similar content may be uploaded to cloud storage only after you choose to save it.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide authentication, synchronization, backup, and core App functionality.
- Provide deck, match, collection, CPU battle, and notification features.
- Display ads, manage consent, measure advertising, and prevent fraud.
- Diagnose crashes, improve performance, secure the App, and provide support.
- Comply with applicable laws, store requirements, and our terms.
- Providing matchup tables from anonymized match records. We aggregate deck types, opponent deck types, results, and BO1 / BO3 format in a way that does not identify individuals. A deck matchup is shown only when it has at least 5 games from at least 3 users, and individual records, user IDs, and display names are never shown.
4. Service Providers and Sharing
We use the following service providers where necessary to operate the App:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime data.
- Google Firebase for Google Analytics for Firebase (aggregate usage) and Cloud Messaging (push notifications).
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., United States) for crash, error, and performance reporting.
- Google AdMob for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management.
- Apple and Google for sign-in and app distribution.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Advertising SDKs may process or share identifiers for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention, subject to your consent and device settings. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
5. Retention and Deletion
Account information and user-provided content are generally retained while your account remains active. After we verify a deletion request, we generally delete or de-identify associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Backups and service-provider systems may take up to approximately 180 days to complete their deletion cycles.
Uninstalling the App or signing out does not delete server-side account data. See the Account Deletion page to submit a request.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Manage notification, camera, and photo permissions in device settings.
- Manage advertising choices through the consent interface and device ad settings.
- Delete decks, matches, and other supported content within the App.
- Request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information.
- You can choose in the App settings not to include your match records in the anonymized matchup aggregation. The change applies from the next aggregation.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transmission, authentication, and access controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. International Processing
Our service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. We handle information in accordance with applicable law and our agreements with those providers.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intentionally directed to children below the age protected by local law. If we learn that we collected a child’s personal information without required parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when our features, legal obligations, or service providers change. We will provide notice of material changes on this page or in the App.
