アプリから削除する（推奨）
PokeBuddyアプリの 設定 > アカウントを削除 から、その場で削除できます。確認のうえ実行すると、アカウントと関連データは即時に削除されます。
メールで依頼する
端末を手放した、ログインできないなどでアプリから操作できない場合は、メールでも受け付けます。
- 可能な場合は、PokeBuddyの設定画面に表示されるユーザーIDを控えてください。
- 連携済みメールアドレスから、下のボタンで削除依頼を送信してください。匿名アカウントの場合は ユーザーIDを必ず記載してください。
- 本人確認後、原則30日以内に処理完了をご連絡します。
削除されるデータ
- PokeBuddyの認証アカウントとプロフィール
- デッキ、所持カード、対戦記録、通知設定・既読情報
- 当該アカウントに紐づくアップロード画像とプッシュ通知トークン
削除後も保持される場合があるデータ
法令上の保存義務、不正防止、紛争対応に必要な最小限の記録、匿名化された統計情報は保持される場合があります。 バックアップからの完全消去には最大180日程度かかる場合があります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
Delete From the App (Recommended)
Open Settings > Delete Account in the PokeBuddy app. After you confirm, your account and its data are deleted immediately.
Request by Email
If you cannot use the app — for example you no longer have the device or cannot sign in — you can request deletion by email instead.
- If possible, note the user ID shown in PokeBuddy Settings.
- Send the request from your linked email address using the button below. For an anonymous account, include the user ID so we can identify the account.
- After verification, we generally complete the request within 30 days.
Data We Delete
- Your PokeBuddy authentication account and profile.
- Decks, card collections, match records, notification settings, and read status.
- Uploaded images and push notification tokens associated with the account.
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain the minimum records required by law, for fraud prevention or dispute resolution, and de-identified statistics. Complete deletion from backups may take up to approximately 180 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
