Gameplay

Q: Fonts are not displaying / loading never finishes

A: Please check your internet connection. Fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts, so a network connection is required.

Q: My game progress has disappeared

A: Game data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete all progress. Please be aware of this before reinstalling.

Q: I ran out of lives. What should I do?

A: Lives regenerate automatically — 1 life per hour (up to 10 max). You can also watch an ad to instantly restore 5 lives, or purchase lives in the shop.

Q: How do I switch the language?

A: Go to the Profile tab → Settings → Language and toggle between EN (English) and JA (Japanese). In Japanese mode, Japanese fonts will also appear in quizzes.

Purchases & Ads

Q: Can I remove ads?

A: An ad-free purchase option will be available in a future update.

Q: How do I restore my purchases?

A: If you reinstall the app, use the purchase restore feature in the App Store / Google Play.

A: iOS 15 or later and Android 6.0 (API 23) or later.
